We are looking for self-driven, sales-orientated Reservations Consultant to assist our Members with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers\u2019 queries, making travel suggestions. Handling queries via phone, email, social media and\/or face-to-face consultation as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes.
\n\tTo be successful as a Reservations Consultant, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. An individual that is self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
\n\tThe primary focus of the role is to make various types of reservations. This is accomplished by handling queries via phone, written or face to face meetings as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes which will ensure the achievement of multiple individual, team and departmental goals across a multitude of product lines.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tCommit to The Beekman Way (an internal Group programme to work together cohesively and towards a common goal, focusing on the customer by going out of one\u2019s way to meet customer needs).
\n\tAttend to client queries & reservations in accordance within SLA metrics, including but not limited to:
\n\tQuery turnaround time
\n\tCustomer service survey
\n\tProduction
\n\tAchieve targets as provided by department
\n\tPerform additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to general client queries.<\/p>\n
Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tMatric with 2 years relevant Call Centre experience
\n\tExperience working in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
\n\tMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
\n\tAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
