Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tTo provide operational support and technical administration within the workforce automation platform. The Workforce Optimisation Administrator is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and efficiency of the workforce automation system. This role supports the Workforce Optimisation Supervisor in maintaining system integrity and providing power user assistance to Business Units.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
System Data Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tUpdate and maintain organisational structures and resource pools within the workforce automation framework.<\/p>\n
Power User Support<\/p>\n
\tAct as a first-line support contact for Business Users, assisting with routine system navigation and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
\tConduct self-audits and regular checks on data uploads to ensure a 95% accuracy rate in output.<\/p>\n
Documentation Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Supervisor in maintaining user manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Business Unit maintenance tasks.
\n\tProvide training and documentation to users to ensure proper application usage<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nMinimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma\/NQF level 6 in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Information Systems or equivalent qualification<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\t2 – 3 years of experience in workforce administration, data entry, or resource planning. Experience with workforce automation platforms or similar enterprise scheduling systems is highly advantageous.<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities<\/p>\n
\tBasic understanding of workforce management (WFM) principles and resource planning.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office \/ Google Workspace, particularly Excel \/ Sheets for analysis.
\n\tAbility to troubleshoot routine system errors and user access issues.
\n\tBasic systems administration knowledge
\n\tHighly analytical with problem solving skills
\n\tClient And Customer Service Skills
