Role Overview:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a dynamic\u00a0Consumer Care \/ Sales Specialist\u00a0to execute our Partnership Sales Model and support our Patient Support Program. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with both new and existing consumers through various communication channels, with a focus on sales and retention.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Community Lead Engagement and Management<\/p>\n
\tEngage with leads from marketing campaigns, inbound calls, and Webshop activities.
\n\tMaintain CRM quality by accurately capturing and managing all leads.
\n\tContact all assigned leads within the designated SLA, offering expert product recommendations and dispatching appropriate samples\u00a0<\/p>\n
Consumer Campaign Execution<\/p>\n
\tActively engage and perform up-selling\/cross-selling as required by campaign objectives.
\n\tStay current on all campaign training materials and communicate knowledge gaps to the Consumer Care Lead.
\n\tDocument campaign feedback and consumer insights in accordance with SOPs.<\/p>\n
Consumer Sales and Support<\/p>\n
\tDrive growth in Direct channels by effectively capturing community leads.
\n\tOffer tailored product advice and ensure the placement of suitable products for consumer needs.<\/p>\n
Consumer-Centric Communication<\/p>\n
\tUphold the company\u2019s image through professional and customer-focused communication.<\/p>\n
Consumer Queries and Complaints<\/p>\n
\tRespond to emails promptly to ensure timely query resolutions.
\n\tComplete all tasks within SLA and escalate any complaints to the Consumer Care Lead as needed.<\/p>\n
Consumer Care Program Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport enrolled consumers via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp as per SOPs and Talk Tracks.
\n\tMeet set KPIs regarding care quality and consumer engagement.
\n\tEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with consumers to enhance satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n
General Duties<\/p>\n
\tKeep up with all SOPs and Talk Tracks, and contribute improvement suggestions.
\n\tParticipate in ad hoc consumer service-related projects.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tUniversity degree preferred\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tProficiency in CRM systems.
\n\tStrong direct to consumer sales skills
\n\tAbility to work both independently and collaboratively.<\/p>\n
