Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Stock Controller to join our team. The Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, and identifying discrepancies in stock levels.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in stock control and a strong understanding of inventory management best practices.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPerform regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
\n\tIdentify and investigate discrepancies in stock levels and report any issues to management
\n\tMonitor stock movement and update inventory records accordingly
\n\tConduct regular audits of inventory to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
\n\tWork closely with suppliers to track incoming and outgoing shipments
\n\tDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
\n\tImplement and maintain stock control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors
\n\tAssist with the implementation of new inventory management systems and technologies
\n\tProvide regular reports on stock levels, trends, and discrepancies to management<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years of experience in stock control or inventory management
\n\tStrong analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\tProficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
\n\tKnowledge of inventory control best practices and procedures
\n\tA proactive and results-driven attitude<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tHigh school diploma or equivalent required
\n\tAdditional certification in inventory management or related field preferred<\/p>\n
