\tAs a Sales Consultant, you\u2019ll deliver exceptional service to all Weylandts customers. You\u2019ll use your strong communication and networking skills to build meaningful customer relationships and drive sales.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Customer Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver exceptional customer service
\n\tUnderstand customers\u2019 needs and provide tailored solutions
\n\tCommunicate care instructions and product details
\n\tMaintain showroom standards and ensure that all items are priced and displayed correctly
\n\tStay compliant with all required training in line with company policy<\/p>\n
Sales and Business Development:<\/p>\n
\tConsistently meet and exceed monthly and YTD \u2013
\n\tCash Collected (Net of VAT), and
\n\tDiscount Target
\n\tIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through a variety of innovative methods.<\/p>\n
Operational Excellence:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that processes detailed below are executed efficiently and as per company policy.
\n\tSales Orders
\n\tAccount Management
\n\tSR Management \/ Resolution
\n\tStock take
\n\tStudio Referral
\n\tDecorator \/ Partner Program<\/p>\n
What you bring:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/ Matric
\n\tRelevant diploma\/ degree advantageous e.g. Interior Design
\n\tMinimum 3 years of experience in a retail, interior, or client-facing sales environment, preferably within the premium or lifestyle sector
\n\tPrevious experience in retail or client-focused setting
\n\tProven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
\n\tExcellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
\n\tComfortable working with different systems and technology, including Syspro
\n\tAvailable to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
\n\tPassionate about d\u00e9cor and Weylandts furniture and homeware products
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own vehicle essential
