About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a Legally Trained Workflow Specialist to join our Customer Success team, supporting South African law firms, corporate legal departments, and public\u2011sector legal teams in modernising their processes through AI\u2011enabled workflows and legal information tools.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Client Onboarding and Training<\/p>\n
\tDesign and deliver onboarding tailored to South African firms, practice groups, and in\u2011house legal teams.
\n\tLead interactive training sessions that demonstrate AI\u2011enabled workflows across research, drafting, review, and knowledge management
\n\tCreate clear, practical training materials, including guides and short videos.
\n\tEngaging in-house legal teams to understand their daily workflows and creating tailored LexisNexis AI solutions (e.g., Prot\u00e9g\u00e9 Workflows) to enhance existing processes, improve outcomes, and increase productivity and ROI.<\/p>\n
Adoption and Value Realisation<\/p>\n
\tMonitor product usage across SA clients and drive increased utilisation, particularly in high\u2011volume corporate, regulatory, and litigation practices.
\n\tIdentify adoption obstacles specific to SA legal environments
\n\tDemonstrate measurable client value, including efficiency gains, quality improvements, risk reduction and consistency.
\n\tWork with customers to understand existing processes and design improved, AI\u2011supported workflows.
\n\tConfigure workflows to align with client preferences, practice\u2011area needs, and organisational standards.
\n\tShare proven approaches and best practices to support learning across the customer base.<\/p>\n
Product Feedback and Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tRepresent customer perspectives internally, translating feedback into clear, practical insights.
\n\tPartner with product and development teams to inform future improvements.
\n\tSupport testing of new features, focusing on usability, accuracy, and real\u2011world application.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tAdmitted Attorney (LLB required; articles completed).
\n\t2\u20135+ years post\u2011admission
\n\tExposure to complex legal workflows\u2014corporate, commercial, litigation, regulatory or similar.( advantageous)
\n\tConfidence communicating with a range of stakeholders and delivering clear, engaging presentations or training
\n\tAbility to \u201ctranslate\u201d legal workflows into repeatable, technology\u2011enabled processes.
\n\tAn interest in legal technology and curiosity about how AI can support better legal outcomes
\n\tExcellent relationship\u2011building, active listening and stakeholder\u2011management skills.
\n\tData\u2011driven mindset with the ability to articulate value and ROI.<\/p>\n
