Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tThe Courier Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Jet Park courier hub, ensuring efficient parcel processing, timely dispatch, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing hub staff, optimizing logistical processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and improving overall operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage the daily operations of the courier hub, including parcel sorting, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
\n\tSupervise and lead a team of hub staff, including drivers, sorters, and administrative personnel.
\n\tMonitor hub performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements where necessary.
\n\tEnsure all shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
\n\tMaintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n\tCoordinate with logistics teams, couriers, and external partners to optimize transportation and distribution routes.
\n\tHandle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring excellent service levels.
\n\tOversee inventory control and hub supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
\n\tPrepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.
\n\tImplement cost-saving initiatives and improve overall hub efficiency.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
\n\tProven experience of 4+ years in logistics, courier services, or a similar role.
\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills.
\n\tExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
\n\tProficiency in logistics software and tracking systems.
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\tKnowledge of local and regional transportation networks.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tExperience working with e-commerce logistics or express delivery services.
\n\tUnderstanding of fleet management and route optimization.<\/p>\n
