Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tHandle inbound calls regarding overdue accounts with professionalism and empathy
\n\tEducate customers on contract terms and ownership details
\n\tEnsure all collection activities comply with FDCPA and internal policies
\n\tMeet performance targets including call volume, contact rates, and resolution metrics
\n\tMaintain accurate documentation of all account interactions
\n\tInitiate skip tracing when necessary
\n\tSupport the broader collections team with daily tasks and goals
\n\tComplete all required training and compliance certifications
\n\tPerform additional duties as assigned by management<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tEducation: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
\n\tExperience: 1+ years in a U.S. collections environment
\n\tWork USA hours on rational basis
\n\tStrong customer service orientation with a commitment to fair outcomes
\n\tEmpathetic and confident in handling difficult conversations
\n\tTeam player with a proactive and goal-driven mindset
\n\tProficient in MS Word and Excel
\n\tOrganized with exceptional attention to detail
\n\tFamiliarity with U.S. regulatory bodies and FDCPA compliance<\/p>\n
