Administration\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (hire to exit)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPrepare and issue HR documentation (contracts, amendments, confirmation and exit letters)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and logistics\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage the HR shared mailbox and respond to general HR queries\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLiaise with internal stakeholders (managers, IT, payroll, finance) to support HR processes\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProvide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Employee Records &amp; HRIS Management\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCapture and maintain accurate employee data on the HRIS\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain complete and up-to-date employee personnel files\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProcess employee lifecycle changes (appointments, transfers, terminations)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPerform data validation and support HR data audits\u00a0<br \/>\n\tGenerate standard and ad hoc HR reports\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with POPIA and data governance standards\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCapture and submit accurate payroll inputs within required deadlines \u00a0<br \/>\n\tPerform initial payroll checks and support payroll reconciliation processes \u00a0<br \/>\n\tResolve employee payroll queries and escalate where required \u00a0<br \/>\n\tAdminister employee benefits (medical aid, retirement funds, etc.) \u00a0<br \/>\n\tProcess benefit changes and liaise with providers \u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>HR Compliance &amp; Governance\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain HR records in line with legislative and audit requirements\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport statutory reporting (EE, Skills Development, UIF, COIDA)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to HR policies and procedures\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain documentation for employee relations processes\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport HR audits and compliance reviews\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Employee Experience &amp; Engagement\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives (events, campaigns, recognition programmes)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage employee communications (new joiner announcements, birthdays, anniversaries, internal updates)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport the administration of surveys and feedback initiatives\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssist in promoting engagement initiatives to drive participation\u00a0<br \/>\n\tContribute to a positive and consistent employee experience through HR interactions\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition Support\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate candidate data on the ATS \u00a0<br \/>\n\tPrepare offers of employment and support pre-employment processes \u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport a professional and efficient candidate experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Employee Support &amp;
