Skills \/ Experience \/ Education<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
\n\tMore than 2 years\u2019 relevant administration experience
\n\tExperience with ERP systems (e.g. BuildSmart) will be advantageous
\n\tFamiliarity with road traffic and transport legislation will be advantageous
\n\tStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
\n\tGood communication and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage external vehicle rentals and related administration
\n\tCoordinate vehicle licensing and Certificate of Fitness (COF) requirements
\n\tAdminister fuel cards and maintain accurate records
\n\tHandle internal plant administration processes
\n\tConsolidate interdepartmental reports and ensure timely submission
\n\tArrange travel and accommodation for department personnel
\n\tAdminister and track traffic fines
\n\tMaintain and update S@S documentation and records
\n\tProcess purchase requisitions on BuildSmart
\n\tPerform general administrative duties and documentation management<\/p>\n
