Purpose of the Role:<\/p>\n
\tThe ideal team player will be responsible for ensuring the overall accountability for marketing stock control, branding, administration, and quality control of inventory.
\n\tThis role also includes assisting in the coordination of marketing activities for the marketing team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tAdvantageous: Diploma in Administration or a Degree in Communication or Marketing.
\n\t0 – 2 years of experience in a similar role.
\n\t2 – 4 years of experience in the agricultural industry (advantageous).
\n\tCode 8 Driver’s License.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Stock and Inventory Management:<\/p>\n
\tOrder and receive stock, attire, and promotional materials.
\n\tIssue and manage inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.<\/p>\n
Promotional Material Handling:<\/p>\n
\tAdminister requests for promotional materials from various divisions.
\n\tEnsure the proper distribution and condition of promotional items.<\/p>\n
Business Marketing Support:<\/p>\n
\tAssist the marketing team with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks.
\n\tReport to management on marketing activities and performance.
\n\tHandle sponsorship applications, document outcomes, and ensure all BEE-related documentation is in place.<\/p>\n
Client Service Delivery:<\/p>\n
\tAddress client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
\n\tMaintain a client-centred approach, ensuring high-quality service delivery.<\/p>\n
