Making sure that the sales force is adequately trained, coached and guided to achieve goals and maximum potential.<br \/>\n\tProject a positive image of the company in the competitive market &amp; with valued customers.<br \/>\n\tDevelop new business and expand existing business streams in new and emerging markets.<br \/>\n\tIdentify customer\u2019s needs and convert them into committed clients.<br \/>\n\tHold regular meetings with the sales team to review performance communicate and organize training programs.<br \/>\n\tEffectively communicate to Sales team to achieve set objectives and deliver on turnover and margin requirements.<br \/>\n\tWork with channel partners, to understand market changes and demands.<br \/>\n\tEffectively work with product managers to promote sell out and assist with aged stock sell out.<br \/>\n\tMeet with Vendors and drive development strategy for both Partner and Vendor.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a team strategy to further improve customer satisfaction and experience<br \/>\n\tImplement development programs that increase awareness and performance of your direct team and your objectives<\/p>\n<p>Education\/Qualification<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric or equivalent<br \/>\n\tBCom \/ Business Science, BA business management or equivalent<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tDetailed understanding of turnover and profitability, sales cycle, aged stock and key products<br \/>\n\tStrong business acumen<br \/>\n\tA high level of communication skills, both written and oral.<br \/>\n\tA high level of interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tLeadership skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to plan and delegate assignments<br \/>\n\tStrong presentational skills<br \/>\n\tExcellent business acumen.<br \/>\n\tThorough knowledge of the vision, mission and strategy development of Rectron<br \/>\n\tNetworking skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to think beyond the immediate perceived requirement of the customer.<br \/>\n\tProblem solving<br \/>\n\tDecision making<\/p>\n<p>Experience (experience required for the job)<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 3 \u2013 5 years in a sales management role<\/p>\n<p>Accountabilities<\/p>\n<p>\tFull ownership and accountability for Sales and Gross Profit plans for the region for the year.<br \/>\n\tConvert the agreed business plan into measurable activities and ensure regular<br \/>\n\tAssessment of performance is conducted on daily, weekly and monthly basis.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a team sales plan \/ KPI\u2019s to ensure that all team members follow an agreed<br \/>\n\tStrategy.<br \/>\n\tYou will be measured on Revenue and stock holding as well as GP percentage and it is imperative that you manage this and make sure that it is communicated to all incumbent staff.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.rectron.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/.simplify.hr","_company_name":"Rectron South Africa","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.rectron.co.za","_company_tagline":"Rectron is a dynamic and innovative ICT company offering software, networking, data centre solutions, surveillance, data storage and cloud computing.
