\tManage day-to-day delivery of a specific digital product stream.
\n\tManage the groomed backlog and sprint cycles of the individual digital products.
\n\tOwn and refine the product backlog, ensuring designs and user stories are well-defined and prioritised.
\n\tSupport sprint execution by clarifying requirements, through designs and user stories for the development team.
\n\tProvide creativity and out of the box thinking to solutions.
\n\tTranslate the Product Manager\u2019s vision and roadmap into actionable backlog items.
\n\tAlign features and releases with roadmap milestones.

\n\tTrack feature performance metrics and use data driven insights to enhance features.
\n\tTrack sprint-level KPIs such as velocity, story completion, and defect rates.
\n\tProvide feedback loops from delivery into strategic planning for Product Manager.
\n\tEnsure team output ties back to product roadmap.
\n\tConduct retrospectives post sprint with individual delivery teams.
\n\tDocument user stories, acceptance criteria and workflows to build an accessible knowledge base.
\n\tEnsure backlog items are visible, transparent, and updated.
\n\tCreate guides and training materials for cross-functional teams.
\n\tEnsure comprehensive documentation for each phase of feature development.
\n\tBuild a knowledge base accessible across teams.
\n\tFacilitate Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
\n\tCoordinate release planning and communicate project status, timelines, and any changes.
\n\tIdentify blockers and work with the team to resolve them.
\n\tStreamline development processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
\n\tFulfil a cross-functional role by engaging and facilitating effective communication flow between different business units.
\n\tEnsure alignment of sprint goals with business priorities.
\n\tProvide transparency on progress, risks, and changes.
\n\tDevelop instructional materials and support resources.
\n\tFacilitate continuous learning to keep teams updated on product developments and best practices.
\n\tSupport training, adoption and smooth handover of new releases to business teams.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science (BSc), Business Administration, or a related field (Essential);
\n\tScrum Certifications (Advantageous);
\n\t4 years+ experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner (Essential);
\n\tSoftware projects and Digital solutions experience (Essential);
\n\tKnowledge of Agile methodologies;
\n\tBacklog management and user story mapping;
\n\tTactical and detailed product lifecycle execution through sprint planning;
\n\tUX principles and acceptance criteria definition;
\n\tPractical knowledge of tools.<\/p>\n
