Key tasks & responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPresentation to produce initiatives at Point-of-Sale, Shop-in-Shop, windows, promotion areas as aligned with Global Guidelines for both outlet and Highstreet concepts.
\n\tMonitor and report on retail stock levels, product availability and physical space conditions to both Retail Operations manager & VM Manager.
\n\tManage and maintain both outlet and highstreet spaces by regular store visits to maximize merchandise sell-through by utilizing Space Zoning Concepts.
\n\tCollaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store to assist with creating floor plans and implement changes that are consistent with the stores\u2019 customer demands and product focus.
\n\tDirect and manage merchandise displays, point of sales and selected areas of the store to maximize product sell-through.
\n\tTrain, develop and mentor store employees on Visual Merchandise basics using brand, merchandise principles and concepts.
\n\tCommunicate the Company\u2019s vision, mission, values, and strategy of the brand and adhere to all Global Visual Merchandising direction.
\n\tDevelop and analyze assigned reports, complete other assignments and special projects as requested for both outlet & highstreet stores.
\n\tMaintain and organize equipment storage and an updated records\/administrative system.
\n\tComplete and submit reports \u2013 graphics reports for all executions, Visual Merchandising report for store visits.<\/p>\n

Main Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t2+ years of solid working in a similar vm position within an apparel brand, must have hands on visual merchandising experience.
\n\tExcellent Eye for detail with a strong creative hand with ability to communicate key ideas to drive visual standards.
\n\tFluent in English, other languages are a advantageous.
\n\tExcellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
\n\tEnsuring that all stores under your portfolio are adhering to the merchandising principles by opening the lines of communication and conducting daily store visits to supervise the implementation of visual merchandising plans.
\n\tPositive attitude that will lead and motivate teams to complete displays to tight deadlines.
\n\tMust be able to travel within Johannesburg region- 12 stores with occasional travel to Pretoria.
\n\tDriver\u2019s license, reliable car and cell phone is a must.
\n\tMinimum Qualifications Required: Matric\/Grade 12, Completed Diploma or Degree in a relevant field of study is advantageous.
\n\tThe role:\u00a0 Your responsibilities will include conducting daily shop visits and workshopping stores to provide an excellent in-store experience, installation of window and instore visual merchandising standards for seasonal campaigns, weekly rotations and promotions, working with the National VM manager to ensure to maintain the global brand image, conducting VM training, driving area sales to meet targets, assisting stores to implement VM directive per individual store specification.<\/p>\n
