Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tInspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality
\n\tVerify quantities, product codes, and descriptions against invoices or delivery notes
\n\tCheck for damaged, missing, or incorrect items and report discrepancies
\n\tEnsure goods are properly labelled, tagged, and documented
\n\tRecord and update stock movements in systems or logbooks
\n\tCoordinate with receiving, dispatch, and warehouse teams
\n\tAssist with loading and offloading of goods when required
\n\tMaintain accurate records of checked goods and discrepancies
\n\tEnsure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
\n\tAlways follow health and safety regulations
\n\tKeep work areas clean, organized, and secure
\n\tConduct spot checks and assist with stock counts or audits
\n\tCommunicate issues promptly to supervisors or relevant departments
\n\tEnsure proper storage conditions are maintained for different types of goods
\n\tSupport loss prevention by identifying irregularities or potential risks<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 10\u201312 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
\n\tBasic numeracy and literacy skills
\n\tAbility to read and understand invoices, delivery notes, and stock documents
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tBasic computer skills (data entry, scanners, or warehouse systems)<\/p>\n
