\tEnable team to have rotational, experiential learning exposures
\n\tManage customer experience and engagement
\n\tSupermarket people leadership, development, management and administration
\n\tMaintaining service levels and operational standards
\n\tSupermarket P&L management and reporting
\n\tSupermarket expense management and control
\n\tSupermarket merchandising, pricing and promotional activity
\n\tSupermarket stock availability, quality, rotation and loss prevention (money and stock)
\n\tSupermarket housekeeping and compliance with health & safety, food safety and supermarket operational company policy and procedures
\n\tDevelop comprehensive retail management knowledge to ensure optimal operational standards and highest levels of service excellence<\/p>\n
Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade 12
\n\tA diploma\/degree in Business Management, Retail Management or related field (advantageous)<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 1 year experience in a retail environment with exposure to the Supermarket systems and procedures<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tComputer Literate \u2013 MS Office Basic, Supermarket system and technologies<\/p>\n
Knowledge and understanding of:<\/p>\n
\tStore operations management, promotional planning, merchandising, and stock handling principles
\n\tFood Safety & hygiene and the OHSA<\/p>\n
