About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a strong BI Developer \/ Data Warehouse Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data and reporting solutions within a fast-paced call centre environment. You will transform high-volume operational data into meaningful insights through advanced BI development, data modelling, and automation.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDesign and maintain data warehouse structures and dimensional models (star\/snowflake schemas)
\n\tDevelop and optimise ETL\/ELT pipelines across multiple systems (CRM, dialers, telephony, HR, etc.)
\n\tBuild and enhance BI dashboards and reports for key KPIs (AHT, SLA, productivity, conversions, campaign performance)
\n\tAutomate reporting processes and improve data workflows for efficiency
\n\tEnsure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and performance across platforms
\n\tEnable real-time and near real-time reporting where required
\n\tTeam Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders (Operations, Workforce Management, Finance, IT)<\/p>\n
Technical Skills (Essential)<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced SQL
\n\tMicrosoft SQL Server
\n\tMicrosoft Fabric \/ Azure Data Services
\n\tOn-premise and cloud data environments
\n\tPower BI (advanced dashboarding & reporting)
\n\tETL \/ ELT development (end-to-end pipeline design)
\n\tData modelling (fact tables, dimension tables, star schema)
\n\tData integration and automation
\n\tStrong BI development experience
\n\tData warehousing principles and implementation
\n\tData lakes (design and implementation)
\n\tBasic Python or scripting knowledge essential<\/p>\n
Experience & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree\/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field
\n\t2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in BI Development \/ Data Warehouse environments
\n\tExperience working with large structured datasets
\n\tExposure to call centre systems (dialers, CRM, telephony platforms) is advantageous<\/p>\n
