{"id":35902,"date":"2026-05-14T14:02:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T14:02:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/facilities-manager-operations-administrator-quality-assurance\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T14:02:52","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T14:02:52","slug":"facilities-manager-operations-administrator-quality-assurance","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/facilities-manager-operations-administrator-quality-assurance\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilities Manager \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Operations Administrator &#8211; Quality Assurance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n<p>\tTo implement and manage an integrated Facilities Management solution for Clients in accordance with the SLA.<\/p>\n<p>MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for driving integrated Facilities Management (FM) services and strategy for the Client<br \/>\n\tEnsure delivery of efficient FM service as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)<br \/>\n\tImplementation of an effective HSE, Quality &amp; Risk Management system in conjunction with the Contracts Manager, and in accordance to Client needs<br \/>\n\tConduct daily audits on FM services rendered and ensure that prescribed work quality and standards are sustained<br \/>\n\tEnsure timeous sign-off and variance explanations on P&amp;L&#8217;s<br \/>\n\tIdentify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on FM services rendered<br \/>\n\tManage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors<br \/>\n\tMonitor service providers\u2019 (contractors) performance and effect corrective action on any deviations to the SLA<br \/>\n\tAssist in the management of FM projects and provide technical support, where applicable<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate and instill effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance<br \/>\n\tExplore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions<br \/>\n\tEnsure timeous processing of invoices<br \/>\n\tProvide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA<br \/>\n\tBuilding strategic relationships both internally and externally<br \/>\n\tManage staff performance &amp; facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance &amp; providing required coaching, support &amp; feedback<br \/>\n\tManage performance &amp; conflicts within subordinate employees &amp; effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure<br \/>\n\tEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage\/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees<br \/>\n\tResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring &amp; development of subordinate employees<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS \/ REQUIREMENTS \/ KNOWLEDGE \/ SKILLS \/ EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>The Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric (Senior Certificate)<br \/>\n\tNational Diploma\/Degree: Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related FM formal qualification<br \/>\n\tValid SA Driver\u2019s License<br \/>\n\t5yrs relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management &amp; Financial Management<br \/>\n\tFacilities Management, CRM, Property Management &amp; Financial Management<br \/>\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project &amp; MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)<br \/>\n\tSAP knowledge<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management, Risk Management Systems, Property Law &amp; Contractual Law<\/p>\n<p>FUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<p>\tSupervisory Skills<br \/>\n\tSubordinates Capacity Building<br \/>\n\tCustomer Focus<br \/>\n\tNegotiation Skills<br \/>\n\tAnalytical Skills<br \/>\n\tPlanning\/Scheduling\/Objective Setting<br \/>\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.bidvestfacilitiesmanagement.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Bidvest Facilities Management","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.bidvestfacilitiesmanagement.co.za","_company_tagline":"Bidvest Facilities Management was founded in 2002 under the name Total Facilities Management Company (TFMC).
