\tAnalyse financial reporting and monthly commentary for the assigned business area.
\n\tImprove the financial reporting and ensure the data quality.
\n\tGenerate ad hoc reports for business areas, top management, regional management and headquarters.
\n\tProvide input and improve the planning processes (Budget\/Forecast\/Planning Round).
\n\tAssist in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the management and drawing up Business Cases.
\n\tPropose measures to improve the financial performance.
\n\tEnsure financial data is recorded and reported in line with local and MAN Group guidelines.
\n\tPerform monthly risk management and risk reporting in close collaboration.
\n\tDevelop and continuously improve ICS perform follow-up on the implementation of recommendations for serious audit findings.
\n\tEnsure compliance to all statutory requirements.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.
\n\tB Com Finance \/ Accounting (Honours) degree \/ CTA.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tTime Management Skills.
\n\tGood understanding of operational aspects of the business.
\n\tPro-active, reliable, be self-motivated.
\n\tMust be results, process and team orientated.
\n\tWork accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
\n\tAnalytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in the same\/similar role – 5 years.<\/p>\n
