\tLead Yokos into its next phase of profitable, reliable, and compliant growth. We\u2019re looking for a sharp, capable General Manager to own the P&L and drive performance across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, and our flagship V&A Waterfront concept bar.<\/p>\n
You will:<\/p>\n
\tLead with clarity, accountability, and heart.
\n\tBuild strong teams and scalable systems.
\n\tEnsure our brand promise \u2013 conscious, plant-based, unsweetened, additive-free \u2013 is delivered from factory to shelf to spoon.
\n\tOwn relationships with national retailers and drive growth across all channels.
\n\tEnsure food safety, product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
You have:<\/p>\n
\t7+ years in FMCG food manufacturing (chilled preferred)
\n\tFull P&L and cross-functional leadership experience
\n\tStrong track record with major SA retailers
\n\tHACCP training and food safety experience
\n\tA degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business<\/p>\n
