Troubleshoot problems and resolve\/escalate through to solution.<\/p>\n
Min Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in MCITP; Network N+; A+
\n\tGrade 12
\n\tMS environment + Linux + Active directory\u00a0
\n\tBreadth of technical knowledge
\n\tAbility to learn the intricacies of new networking & server software packages
\n\tAbility to work with minimum supervision
\n\tTime Management
\n\tAbility to make quick & informed decisions
\n\tStrong Communication skills
\n\tExcellent Administrative skills<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining wireless connection at each site and adding users\/units per request
\n\tBasic printer support on printer units within MoreCorp group. Driver installation, Pin code setup, Mailbox setup.
\n\tBasic support on telephone systems.
\n\tBuilding and setup of new assets. (Desktops and Laptops)
\n\tMail releases
\n\tManaging of Mail Blacklists and White Lists.
\n\tManaging of Auto responses (e.g. Call centre support mail)
\n\tUser Archiving of Mailboxes
\n\tOut of office assistance
\n\tCalendar issues
\n\tGeneral email support. Bounce backs and connectivity issues
\n\tCreation of Fax2email accounts
\n\tCreation of new user accounts
\n\tManaging and creation of TS accounts
\n\tOrdering of new IT equipment from suppliers
\n\tOnsite support as required
\n\tGeneral CRM support. Reset of passwords
\n\tConnectivity issues linked to internet connections at all sites
\n\tArranging and setting up VPN remote access
\n\tUser resignations. Removal of all IT related accounts.
\n\tInstallation of software as required by users.
\n\tWeekend on-call support and afterhours support
\n\tGeneral retail switching support. Over\/Short paid issues, connectivity, Pin pad problems at POS.
\n\tGeneral mobile device support such as iPad, iPhone, Android phones, Blackberry phone
\n\tSupport of User 3G cards and software \u2013 Installation, configuration and general troubleshooting
\n\tOffice 365 maintenace including distribution lists, user groups and supplier contacts
\n\tSlack\/Workast assistance
