\tA fast-paced financial services company is looking for an experienced Collections Agent with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage debtor accounts effectively in a target-driven environment.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for collections, updating debtor information, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring quality assurance standards are consistently met.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage collections processes, including PTPs, settlements, and activations
\n\tVerify and update debtor information on the in-house system
\n\tRecord all customer interactions accurately on the system
\n\tEnsure adherence to company scripts and quality standards
\n\tAchieve minimum QA targets and maintain compliance with internal procedures
\n\tNegotiate payment arrangements in line with company expectations
\n\tPerform general administrative duties related to collections<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 6 months\u2019 collections or debt recovery experience
\n\tStrong negotiation and communication skills
\n\tAbility to work in a target-driven environment
\n\tGood administrative and computer literacy skills
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tMust be currently active in the job market
\n\tAbility to travel to Westville<\/p>\n
