THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tYou will be responsible for providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support across hardware, software, and device management environments.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Technical Support & Solution Delivery<\/p>\n
\tProviding pre-sales technical product support to internal sales teams and external business partners
\n\tDelivering post-sales support to customers, partners, and end users
\n\tAssisting with technical solution design and implementation
\n\tSupporting hardware and software solution deployments<\/p>\n
Device & Software Management<\/p>\n
\tSupporting mobile device management environments
\n\tAssisting with device management software implementation and support
\n\tSupporting barcode printing label software and related applications
\n\tAssisting users with customised software upgrades and installations<\/p>\n
Customer Support & Troubleshooting<\/p>\n
\tTroubleshooting technical issues and resolving application-related problems
\n\tProviding online and remote user support
\n\tAssisting customers across various technical support scenarios
\n\tEscalating complex issues where required and ensuring resolution follow-through<\/p>\n
Training, Documentation & Quality<\/p>\n
\tTraining users on systems, applications, and solutions
\n\tPreparing and maintaining user requirement specifications and technical documentation
\n\tSupporting quality standards and operational initiatives
\n\tEnsuring accurate documentation of system changes and support activities<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Team Support<\/p>\n
\tWorking closely with sales, technical, and operational teams
\n\tSupporting achievement of team goals and customer service objectives
\n\tContributing to a collaborative and customer-focused support environment<\/p>\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nKey requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tMinimum 2 years’ experience in technical support or technical repairs
\n\tStrong technical troubleshooting capability
\n\tExperience supporting hardware and software environments
\n\tGood understanding of Microsoft Office and application software<\/p>\n
Exposure to:<\/p>\n
\tMobile device management
\n\tBarcode printing label software
\n\tWLAN environments
\n\tValid driver’s licence
\n\tStrong communication and customer service skills<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tExperience working in customer-facing technical support environments
\n\tAdditional language capability<\/p>\n
