We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee large-scale agricultural operations, including farming, processing, packing, distribution, and commercial functions. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, executing strategy, and ensuring strong governance, compliance, and performance across all business units. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (BCom preferred)
\n\tMinimum of 10 years\u2019 industry-specific senior leadership experience
\n\tProven experience in a Managing Director, COO, or equivalent executive role
\n\tStrong business, financial, and operational management skills
\n\tExperience overseeing finance, operations, sales, packhouse, and HR functions
\n\tDemonstrated ability to lead executive teams and deliver on strategic objectives
\n\tHigh integrity with a strong focus on corporate citizenship and social responsibility<\/p>\n
