KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
\t\ufeffMust be able to practice within your scope of practice as a Registered Nurse.
\n\tMust be competent with the Hospital’s Policies and Regulations.
\n\tAbility to lead and supervise staff.
\n\tAttend to patient care within the Ward.
\n\tAttend to patient’s complaints.
\n\tMust be able to provide safe, quality patient care within the ward\/unit.
\n\tComply with SANC and stakeholder legislation.<\/p>\n
\ufeffMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t\ufeffMust be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse with valid APC.
\n\tGood interpersonal skills with doctors, patients and colleagues are essential.
\n\tPreferably have two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Paediatric Ward.
\n\tMust be prepared to work additional hours.
\n\tMust be able to work independently under minimum supervision.
\n\tMust be computer literate \u2013 MS Word & Excel.
\n\tMust be prepared to do shift-work (Night shift \/ Day Shift).
