OBJECTIVE OF ROLE<\/p>\n
\tTo act as a representative of Aspen Pharmacare at GP\u2019s, and relevant Respiratory Specialists \u2013 detailing extensively within the Respiratory arena.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAchieve and exceed set sales targets and market share objectives.
\n\tTo drive and generate sales on the Respiratory product basket in the territory.
\n\tTo effectively manage the regional territory by means of planning, territory analysis, customer targeting and call coverage of identified customer base, and host formal Scientific Meetings to enhance patient care.
\n\tEffective implementation of sales and marketing strategies
\n\tProviding ongoing customer support.
\n\tEffective territory expense management and control.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tDrivers license
\n\tMinimum 3 – 5 years Detail Sales Experience.
\n\tRespiratory experience will be advantageous<\/p>\n
SKILLS & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tProduct knowledge on both Aspen and Competitor Respiratory products
\n\tEffective territory management.
\n\tKnowledge of basic financial calculations
\n\tAbility to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
\n\tAdministration skills \u2013 ability to comply with the required administration standards associated with this position.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure, to set priorities and to demonstrate time management skills.
\n\tCreativity and Flexibility \u2013 the ability to work in a changing environment and to adapt to different situations, being able to travel for Country Trips and being able to initiate and drive after hours Scientific Meetings.
\n\tEstablishes and maintains positive relationships (mutual trust and respect) with customers and other stakeholders.
\n\tNetwork with regional Teams<\/p>\n
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED<\/p>\n
\tThe applicant must be proficient in the various applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) within the Microsoft Office bundle.
