\tMarketing Associate will support Country Brand Leads to implement portfolio strategies and identified projects The responsibility of marketing support will cover the Primary Care\/Specialty Care portfolio including operational execution, implementation of the portfolio strategy and follow\u2013up, support of internal coordination and alignment with enabling functions, as well as focus on specific products and projects
\n\tDevelopment of all marketing and promotional activities for the allocated brands and portfolios
\n\tMain focus on execution of portfolio projects, forecast accuracy and activity tracking and implementation<\/p>\n
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Accountable<\/p>\n
\tSupport Country Brand Leads to implement portfolio strategies and identified projects
\n\tDeliver portfolio project plan and project co-ordination according to pre-defined action plan
\n\tDeliver on revenue and forecast accuracy for identified brands within the scope of management
\n\tSupport projects within the category.
\n\tDeliver project coordination according to pre-defined action plan for regular events(Congresses and Pfizer hosted Meetings).
\n\tSupport the development of promotional and educational materials, working on Pfizer design platforms and with CoLab, Publicis (Re-use of content)
\n\tFollow up calendar initiatives and DME (A&P) accomplishment
\n\tEnsures plans and programs are effectively executed w\/available resources
\n\tData analytics: initiatives performance, KPI impact and efficiency of DME\/A&P investment.
\n\tProvide support on MAPP Navigator for the Category and become a MAPP and a Speakers Program expert. Work very close with the transaction center to ensure compliance and flawless execution of the events as well as management of speakers in the official database.
\n\tCoordinate logistics and contents of category area meetings, field force POAs and related activities.
\n\tPromo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials
\n\tShared Accountability
\n\tDevelop country Op Plan in collaboration with Country Brand Leads and brand A&P allocations
\n\tLong-range forecasting
\n\tRevenue adjustments, as needed
\n\tDevelop promotional meetings strategy
\n\tValidate brand-specific messages, design training (w\/medical, regulatory)
\n\tDevelop awareness campaigns, congress content in partnership with Medical<\/p>\n
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 Years sales or marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
\n\tPrior Brand champion, growth gigs or project based experiences will also be considered<\/p>\n
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tTechnical skills required and\/or preferred, as applicable.
