\tClover is currently recruiting for a Clerk: Debrief Process. The purpose of the position is to conduct debriefing sessions with the drivers after deliveries to ensure all delivery documents are returned, cash invoices paid and admin procedures are completed before the driver leaves the premises. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Polokwane branch.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tShifts\/Weekend\/Public Holidays
\n\tComputer literacy (Basic): Including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERMS.
\n\t1 to 2 years of experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes in clerk debriefing at the required level.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCalculate the cash invoices to compare with the Driver\u2019s Cash Deposit to ensure the cash collected is paid in on the Cash Master Machine
\n\tCheck cashless transactions (EFT\/Card\/Flash\/Kazang\/Shop2Shop) references recorded on the invoices.
\n\tCheck that the Drivers follow the procedure with regards to Cash Deposits
\n\tTick off invoices on the route summary list\/load sheet to ensure that the invoices are all returned
\n\tCompile outstanding invoice report
\n\tReport cancellation invoices
\n\tNumerical sorting of invoices
\n\tFollow up on small shortage queries
\n\tReport cash variances to the Senior Team Leader
\n\tReport on deviations on arrival times of trucks<\/p>\n
