Role Overview<\/p>\n
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Sr Analyst to join us and be a key contributor to our growing business.<\/p>\n
You will take a significant role in analysing our business, forecasting, financial results reporting, implementation and monitoring processes and providing key insights in order :<\/p>\n
\tDrive Net Sales growth
\n\tOptimize Trade Spending
\n\tTracking new initiatives and support new product launches, special projects
\n\tIncrease profitability through detailed P&L analysis, ROI evaluation, and customer profitability tracking<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPartner with various teams, providing business insights, financial models, support budget needs and maintain accurate reporting
\n\tEnsure accurate and timely month-end close
\n\tProduce monthly results reports with insights on Net Sales, GTN%, and Equity
\n\tPlay an active role in the monthly S&OP cycle
\n\tProvide financial analysis and respond to ad-hoc requests.
\n\tSupport independent channels with P&Ls and recommendations.
\n\tEnsure promo guidelines are followed by sales and reviewed on a regular basis.
\n\tEnsure processes adhere to the trade spend policy
\n\tLiaise with auditors and ensure proper documentation.<\/p>\n
Experience you will bring:<\/p>\n
\tQualified: CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
\n\tIndustry: FMCG or Retail experience preferred.<\/p>\n

\tAdvanced Excel
\n\tSAP (essential)
\n\tBPC (desirable)
\n\tStrong stakeholder management and analytical skills
\n\tProblem-solving and handling difficult situations.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and urgency.
\n\tDeadline-driven and self-motivated.<\/p>\n
