You will be required to do the following:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure governance of general administrative tasks.
\n\tExecute effective confirmation of production orders, Bulk verification, and machine labor hours.
\n\tEffective monitoring of production order variances.
\n\tAccurate checks, captures, and file production information according to production reports into the various reporting tools and system
\n\tActively follows up and effectively closes all production related queries affecting production stocks of materials and finished goods with warehouse and finance
\n\tCreation and management of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Goods Received Notes (GRNs), including monitoring and maintaining open orders.
\n\tMaintain and accurately record data in structured spreadsheets to support reporting and tracking requirements.
\n\tCoordinate a collaborative
\n\tClosing work orders<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must have the following experience\/skills:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 and relevant Diploma
\n\t2-3 years in a production \/FMCG environment
\n\tComputer literate in the MS office packages, advanced MS Excel. Working knowledge of SAP ERP within a packaging environment will be considered an advantage.
\n\tStrong numerical aptitude.
\n\tGood communication skills.
\n\tEffective time management.
\n\tStrong interpersonal and persuasive skills to ensure task completion.
\n\tStrong personality, be innovative, self-driven and able to work under pressure.<\/p>\n
