DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tCreate, execute and oversee work schedules for routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs of equipment and facilities
\n\tEnsure that all equipment, machinery, and systems are well-maintained and operating at maximum capacity
\n\tMaintain detailed records of all services, maintenance, and repairs carried out on equipment
\n\tEnsure all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and safety protocols
\n\tConduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs
\n\tPlan and organize repair activities to minimize downtime, ensuring that logistics operations are not disrupted
\n\tManage inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools, ensuring that essential materials are readily available for ongoing maintenance tasks
\n\tRespond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations such as equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, or safety hazards
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and completed repairs
\n\tPerform repairs on electric appliances and equipment as needed, ensuring they meet operational standards
\n\tAssess building systems and plan work assignments and project schedules for necessary repairs or improvements
\n\tConduct routine facility inspections to determine potential problems and maintenance needs
\n\tTimely repairs and troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions
\n\tPreventive\u00a0maintenance\u00a0to avert costly repairs and prolong the lifespan of our assets
\n\tEnsuring compliance with health and safety standards<\/p>\n
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tElectrical work (Light and Heavy duty)
\n\tBasic plumbing

REQUIREMENTS:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tCertificate\/Diploma in Electrical, Trade test, Plumbing, General maintenance
\n\tNo criminal record
\n\tProven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a logistics or industrial setting
\n\tStrong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment systems, and regulatory standards
\n\tAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
\n\tStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
\n\tExcellent communication and leadership abilities
\n\tKnowledge of safety protocols and best practices in maintenance and logistics<\/p>\n
