\tGrade 12 \/ Matric or equivalent
\n\tMinimum 2 years experience in Vehicle Sales Management (Experience with electric vehicles highly advantageous)
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tProven networker with strong industry connections
\n\tTrack record of consistently meeting monthly sales targets
\n\tHigh attention to detail, organised & structured
\n\tExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)
\n\tFluent in Afrikaans & English
\n\tAbility to perform under pressure & multitask
\n\tAbility to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
\n\tExcellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial expertise
\n\tMust have valid unendorsed drivers license (Code 08)
\n\tClear criminal record<\/p>\n

\tPlan and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
\n\tDevelop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence.
\n\tManage customer relationships with a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
\n\tOversee finances, administration, and departmental reporting with precision.
\n\tConduct resource planning and staff development to build a high-performing team.
\n\tLead and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver results and exceed objectives.
\n\tEnsure compliance with dealer and company standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity.<\/p>\n
