\tAn Artisan \u2013 Instrumentation\/Vibration Equipment Mechanician supports production by providing effective equipment maintenance, monitoring and reliability while adhering to procedures\/codes, and utilizing all available support resources to increase stability and maintain sustainability of the plant.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tEffective maintenance on Instrument and Vibration monitoring equipment and software.
\n\tFault finding on Instrument and Vibration Monitoring equipment.
\n\tPersonal Development in trade.
\n\tImplement Instrument and Vibration monitoring equipment modifications \/ upgrades on existing Instrument and Vibration monitoring equipment installations.
\n\tConduct loop checks, alarm and trip checks on Instrument and Vibration monitoring equipment.
\n\tConduct Technical inspections on Instrument and Vibration monitoring equipment.
\n\tEnsure continuous equipment availability through effective maintenance and calibration of Instrument and Vibration monitoring equipment.
\n\tEnsure safety on area of responsibility.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for Instrumentation and Vibration monitoring equipment optimization.
\n\tBe an active role player between different disciplines.
\n\tKnowledge of Trip and Alarm systems
\n\tBasic knowledge of DCS, PLC, FSC navigation
\n\tKnowledge of intrinsic safety
\n\tBasic Process Knowledge
\n\tSAP knowledge where applicable
