OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tTo support and maintain a highly impactive, brand orientated consumer experience within the store.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTo be the Expert who is responsible for the end-to-end service experience at all consumers within the designated consumer touchpoint, supporting all elements that provide a one-of-a-kind experience for our\u00a0Flagship\u00a0MakersLab\u00a0Activation zone.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTo be the leading go to expert within the designated consumer touchpoint and have full knowledge and experience of product, features, benefits,\u00a0competitors,\u00a0and the future marketplace to drive brand engagement, consumer centricity and Flagship KPIs of\u00a0MakerLab.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEstablish and maintain a culture of consumer centricity within the designated consumer touchpoint.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tTo role model consumer service behaviours\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport the tracking, supervise and optimise all consumer interactions within the designated consumer touchpoint\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFoster consumer loyalty through high-quality interactions at each step and within the designated consumer touchpoint of\u00a0MakerLab.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tResponsible for improving the experiences consumers have with adidas, with the goal of increasing consumer satisfaction, brand engagement and conversion.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tResponsible for the execution of the designated consumer touchpoint of Maker Lab.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAccountable for the seamless execution of\u00a0Makerlab\u00a0activation events, in collaboration with\u00a0the\u00a0OCM BO team.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupports the Activation team and provides coaching to create a highly engaging and\u00a0impactful\u00a0shopping experience by adhering and elevating operational standards and process.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tUnderstands the\u00a0behaviour\u00a0and patterns of the Flagship store\u2019s consumer base, draws conclusions from this and consults with peers to meet or exceed consumer expectations continuously.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProvide feedback to all store teams on execution of service model across the designated consumer touchpoint.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCreates and drives a service culture by ensuring all activities are centred on the consumer.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPositively communicates and role models the adidas Brand Values.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPositively influences all business stakeholders by offering suggestions and ideas on ways to improve operations and processes within their area of expertise.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCommunicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive own development and increase performance.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDrive appropriate level of audience segmentation to deliver personalised and relevant consumer service at the designated consumer touchpoint\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTake full ownership of key performance indicators relevant to stages of consumer engagement and own performance\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure there is always sufficient flocking, for both local and A clubs\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure there is always feedback given to the business on what the consumer expectations are where we will need to improve\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>KEY RELATIONSHIPS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tConsumers, Peers, Key Retail Support Functions\u00a0i.e\u00a0Omni Channel Marketing, VM, Operations and Vendors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE,\u00a0SKILLS\u00a0AND ABILITIES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMust possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExcellent networking skills and customer relationship management.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tKnowledge and skills in driving financial results through Consumer Experience Services.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIs confident in using various digital tools and applications as a method to best service the consumer.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHas a background in arts and product knowledge.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHas a background in retail sales and\/or in a customer service facing role.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDemonstrates the ability to lead a team to commercial and customer service goals.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAbility to work in high-stress situations effectively without compromising their team\u2019s success.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHas sound product knowledge of both Adidas &amp; 3rd party products.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tUnderstands the challenges of the retail world and\u00a0is able to\u00a0leverage previous learnings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 4 years\u2019 experience working in a sports\/fashion consumer &amp;
