Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tComplete all administrative documentation that is related to loading of products into the TFG system.
\n\tBuilding constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
\n\tCommunicating with suppliers to gather all information required to load product.
\n\tProcessing of all amendments and communicating changes to relevant parties.
\n\tSupporting the customer service team in resolving product and order queries and complaints and product sourcing and pricing queries.
\n\tManaging orders through the critical path process.
\n\tPulling weekly reports on incoming stock and liaising with suppliers for keep samples.
\n\tManaging sample process between retail and production.
\n\tPrepping of product and documents for quarterly SWOT’s
\n\tAble to do a Comp Shop on their own
\n\tPulling samples \/ images for weekly sales reports or product meetings as requested by the buyer.
\n\tAssisting Buyers with order placements.
\n\tMaintaining the retail sample room.
\n\tAssist with coordination of QA samples<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRelevant qualification \u2013 preferably in Fashion (Not necessary but a plus)
\n\tMinimum 1 years’ experience as a Buyers Assistant
\n\tCompetent in Microsoft applications (Excel, PP etc)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStrong computer skills and an affinity to learn new systems
\n\tBasic Analytical Skills<\/p>\n
