\tDis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Creditors Clerk at our Head Office in Midrand. You will be required to do reconciliation and payments of Dis-Chem Supplier Accounts.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u2026<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric
\n\t2-3 years relevant experience working in accounts<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Finance Qualification
\n\tSAP, BEST and Readsoft experience
\n\tExperience working in an accounts department<\/p>\n
Job Specification\u2026<\/p>\n
\tReconcile vendor accounts on BEST to prepare for payments.
\n\tEnsure that reconciliations are finalized and approved according to internal deadlines.
\n\tEnsure correct payment terms are adhered to.
\n\tEnsure correct reconciliation and timeous payment.
\n\tResolve outstanding invoices and claims on reconciliation.
\n\tFollow up on queries raised on accounts.
\n\tMaintain cordial lines of communication with suppliers and Dis-Chem Departments.
\n\tSend work flow query invoices to stores and following up on response.<\/p>\n
