Core Description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the product strategy and governance for the HPE line of business product portfolio. Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and client requirements, contributing to the product vision, and working closely with Sales, Marketing and support to ensure client and key stakeholder needs are met while supporting the overall BCX strategy and goals.<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tDefine product governance structures & establish PLCM and ensure that it is adhered to.
\n\tMaintain designated product portfolio & establish HPE Product Portfolio Forum.
\n\tCollaborate with the Product team to craft a BCX product strategy.
\n\tGather market requirements and in response develop differentiated products and enhance existing products, with defined processes.
\n\tEnsure the management of Product portfolios (Description\/Value proposition, Offerings & Packages, Cost and Pricing).
\n\tManage Product Performance (Fulfilment Assurance, Financial Performance), and Product Life Cycle considerations (i.e., building product roadmaps, particularly Technology roadmaps).
\n\tEnable product positioning and outbound messaging with collateral as well as enablement of Sales Force through training, incentives and battle cards.
\n\tPromote the product externally with the press, clients, and partners and monitor the competition.
\n\tMeasure existing customer service performance, technology refresh, optimization and research and development.
\n\tCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at HPE, and other strategic partners, including executives, sales teams, and product managers.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6: 3 year Degree\/ Diploma\/ National Diploma in IT\/Computer Science or Business Management
\n\tOR NQF 4: Grade 12<\/p>\n
Additional Education -Preferred \/Advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t7 years relevant experience in product management\/partner management with the focus on HPE products and solutions. At least 2 years\u2019 experience on management level is also required.<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\t9 years relevant experience in product management\/partner management with the focus on HPE products and solutions. At least 2 years\u2019 experience on management level is also required.<\/p>\n
