\tThe Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, picking, packing and processing of warehouse transactions.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAchieve warehouse operational objectives through the contribution of warehouse operations, information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
\n\tContinuous development, implementation, enforcement, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
\n\tMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
\n\tMaintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
\n\tComply with internal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
\n\tSafeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
\n\tControl inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
\n\tMaintain physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment, and reporting any issues identified.
\n\tContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
\n\tOther responsibilities include but are not limited to resolving problems, completing audits, and identifying trends<\/p>\n
\u00a0Basic Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMust have good computer skills.\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word.
