Key Focus Areas:<\/p>\n
Strategic Leadership<\/p>\n
\tDefine and drive the divisional strategy in alignment with broader organizational goals
\n\tAnticipate market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry shifts to position the division for future success<\/p>\n
Operational & Commercial Performance<\/p>\n
\tLead and optimize operational performance across all functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
\n\tTake full accountability for divisional revenue, profitability, and long-term value creation<\/p>\n
Growth & Expansion<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities, commercial partnerships, and adjacent markets
\n\tDrive commercial plans that support expansion, diversification, and competitive differentiation<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders
\n\tRepresent the division externally in key forums, negotiations, and strategic engagements<\/p>\n
Leadership & Culture<\/p>\n
\tInspire, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
\n\tChampion operational governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the division<\/p>\n
Job Experience and Skills Required:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant bachelor\u2019s degree; a postgraduate qualification in business will be advantageous
\n\t15+ years\u2019 experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
\n\tExperience in cash management devices, or an engineering\/technology background, with proven experience managing a business unit within a larger organization or leading a smaller-scale business in a Managing Director or CEO capacity
\n\tProven track record of scaling businesses, driving profitable growth, and achieving measurable commercial outcomes
\n\tStrong commercial acumen, with experience in P&L ownership and strategic decision-making
\n\tExceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
\n\tA people-centric leader with a strong history of building high-performing teams and developing future leaders<\/p>\n
