KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAssess and validate dealer Warranty and Maintenance Plan, claims in line with brand standards.
\n\tEnsure Dealer Network compliance with approved warranty policies, technical procedures, and labour time guidelines.
\n\tMonitor and control claim \/ repair quality and cost through ongoing validation and system\u2011based corrections.
\n\tEngage proactively with dealers to resolve warranty and Maintenance Plan matters efficiently.
\n\tProvide clear guidance and coaching to improve dealer claim \/ repair quality accuracy and policy adherence.
\n\tSupport internal stakeholders through reporting, risk identification and audit activities<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMotor Mechanic\/Auto Electrician Trade Certificate
\n\tMaster \/ Diagnostic Technician qualification
\n\tNational Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
Work Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5-10 years automotive Brand technical work experience and knowledge of \u00a0Aftersales Service systems and processes.
\n\tExtensive experience in mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis, with a proven ability to solve technical solutions effectively
\n\tProven experience engaging with Dealers and Customers in a retail environment<\/p>\n

\n\tStrong technical, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving ability
\n\tExcellent communication skills, professional and diplomatic approach
