Analytical and Diagnostic Services<\/p>\n
\tReceive, register, final review of results and report on analyses,
\n\tInvoicing on lab management systems,
\n\tClient liaison,
\n\tDevelop, evaluate, validate, and implement test methods,
\n\tImplement and update technical SOP\u2019s,
\n\tValidate test methods in the laboratory,
\n\tPerform routine water and soil analyses on ICP-OES\/ICP-MS instrument and other laboratory instruments,
\n\tCalibrate and maintain equipment,
\n\tMaintain and update lab book and filling of raw data, all reports, and Invoices for the project,
\n\tPlan work activities as directed by work schedule,
\n\tDo trouble shooting on equipment and procedures used,
\n\tTrain personnel and interns on different techniques,
\n\tMaintain work area and facilities clean,<\/p>\n
Quality Control<\/p>\n
\tMaintain the quality control system; therefore, follow all procedures and SOPs in the quality control system,
\n\tWrite and update methods and validation documents,
\n\tMonitor analytical standards,
\n\tVerify or calibrate equipment as required,<\/p>\n
Laboratory Safety and compliance<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to the Health and Safety regulations,
\n\tSupervise health and safety regulations in the lab,
\n\tAdhere to good housekeeping and GLP in the laboratory,<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma in Analytical Chemistry.
\n\tBachelor’s Degree or BTech in Analytical Chemistry.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in water and soil analysis methods performing routing analysis on ICP-OES & ICP-MS instruments. Knowledge on how to process data and interpret data from the instrument is important.
\n\tOversee and maintain the operations of the ICP-OES & ICP-MS instruments,
\n\tTroubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, calibration and doing minor repairs,
\n\tOrganizing workflow and ensuring that samples are tested in accordance with customer requests,
\n\tCoordinate proficiency testing
\n\tRegistration with relevant scientific registration body is an advantage.
\n\tComputer literacy.
\n\tCommunication and planning skills.<\/p>\n
