We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in managing customer relationships, resolving complaints, and retaining customers who are considering cancellation.
\n\tThe successful candidate will play a key role in protecting revenue by delivering exceptional service and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions, particularly with customers wishing to cancel services
\n\tProactively retain customers by understanding concerns and offering effective solutions
\n\tManage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
\n\tInvestigate issues related to service delivery, communication, and product performance
\n\tNegotiate retention outcomes that are beneficial to both the customer and the business
\n\tMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and improve service delivery
\n\tMeet individual retention and performance targets<\/p>\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in a customer service or customer care role
\n\tDemonstrated experience in complaint resolution and de-escalation
\n\tStrong customer retention experience (essential)
\n\tExcellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
\n\tMust be computer literate
\n\tAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure
\n\tStrong communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tResults-driven with a proactive and positive attitude<\/p>\n
Preferred \/ Advantageous<\/p>\n
\tExperience in a retention or cancellations team
\n\tBackground in telecoms, insurance, or security services<\/p>\n
