\tThe Senior Feature Analyst leads the analysis and design of complex, industry-aligned solutions by translating business needs into detailed functional specifications.
\n\tOperating at a self-directed level, the role fosters strong cross-functional relationships and collaborates closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Designers, and business stakeholders to drive product outcomes and ensure end-to-end alignment.
\n\tThis job provides thought leadership on business processes and leads solution development that promotes efficiency, scalability, and customer value. It guides and mentors other feature analysts, supporting the maturity of the practice and delivery of high-quality features.
\n\tAdditionally, this job supports product leadership in managing scope, stakeholder expectations, and the timely delivery of strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n

\tPlan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable.
