Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo support clients with expert requirement analysis and systems configuration, implementation, and support of SAP solutions in various modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution experience to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.<\/p>\n
Functional Requirements<\/p>\n
\tSolid SAP Basis experience across different SAP Modules
\n\tStrong SAP HANA and ASE database administration skills
\n\tAt least 3 full implementations or upgrades of SAP ECC or S\/4HANA environments
\n\tSAP Basis on HANA certification is an advantage
\n\tSAP RISE or Public Cloud (e.g. SuccessFactors, ARIBA) is an advantage<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) AND a minimum 8 years\u2019 experience and knowledge of SAP Basis. Fields of study: Information Tech, Computer Science, B\u2010Com, Finance, Management and Engineering.<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\tDiploma NQF 6 AND at least 10 years\u2019 experience and knowledge of SAP Basis<\/p>\n

\tSenior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 plus years\u2019 experience and knowledge of SAP Basis<\/p>\n

Process<\/p>\n
\tPerform complex tasks and guidance during implementation, maintenance and support of various SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
\n\tClose communication with functional teams \/designers, understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs
\n\tAnalyse and Review requirements, perform configuration and testing in various SAP Modules, such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Security, Revenue Management, Governance and Application Lifecycle Management, Cloud Solutions, etc.
\n\tPerform in depth analysis of the current business processes and scenarios of the client then recommend or configure solutions to meet the client\u2019s needs
\n\tResponsible for successful implementation of SAP, providing in depth functional knowledge, and advice on SAP products to clients
\n\tProvide expert knowledge of industry best practices and recommend changes to optimise processes, systems, policies and procedures, and execute the implementation of change and innovation initiated by the organisation.
\n\tActs as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve critical SAP functional and application problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
\n\tMaintain a working knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
\n\tPlan maintenance of current system solutions for various SAP Modules, such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Security, Revenue Management, Governance and Application Lifecycle Management, Cloud Solutions, etc.
\n\tContribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of your communication skills and cooperation; reach and realize project aims and outputs
\n\tReview documentation for approval of all work tasks (definition) based on BRS and ensure adherence to SAP Support SDLC
\n\tIncident Resolution for Severity 1 and 2 issues and assist with Business escalations for issues raised
\n\tPlan, Design work classes and plan production release deployments
\n\tAnalyse and make recommendations about improvements to specialist systems, procedures and associated area’s practice.
\n\tDevelop a single practice area in alignment with operational activity and procedural frameworks and ensure tactical implementation.
\n\tDraw on own technical or professional expertise, knowledge & experience to \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 identify & recommend tactical solutions to defi ned problems in practices.
\n\tIntegrate business information, compare, analyse & produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies & inconsistencies for decision making purposes.
