Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for administrative tasks within the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure the integrity of inventory levels.
\n\tCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
\n\tAssist in the preparation of reports regarding inventory levels, order statuses, and warehouse activities.
\n\tManage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while adhering to health and safety protocols.
\n\tCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve supply chain issues.
\n\tSupport the implementation of warehouse management systems and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\tTrain and assist warehouse staff in daily operations and procedures as needed.
\n\tEnsure the warehouse is organized and compliant with all operational standards.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in warehouse administration or logistics, with strong organizational skills.
\n\tFamiliarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\n\tStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external partners.
\n\tAbility to lift and handle physical goods safely and effectively.
\n\tKnowledge of supply chain processes and warehouse operations best practices is a plus.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCertification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.
\n\tExperience using warehouse management software and tools.
\n\tPrevious experience with data entry and report generation.<\/p>\n
