Key Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo take full ownership of the administration of all warranty claims for Discovery Insure clients and brokers, in close collaboration with M-Sure.
\n\tThe role serves as a critical link between M-Sure, the client, and the broker, ensuring a seamless and efficient claims experience while upholding service excellence and technical accuracy.<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to<\/p>\n
\tAccurately process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer and policy guidelines.
\n\tReview repair orders and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
\n\tInvestigate and resolve claim discrepancies.
\n\tProactively follow up on pending approvals.
\n\tMaintain and update warranty records, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
\n\tServe as the liaison between service technicians, advisors and M-Sure representatives.
\n\tSupport internal warranty audits and contribute to continuous process enhancements.
\n\tClearly explain warranty coverage to clients and brokers when required.
\n\tManage customer and broker queries related to warranty claims with professionalism and empathy.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Essential).
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a warranty claims administration role within an automotive dealership or warranty provider (Essential).
\n\tMechanical engineering N4 (Advantageous).
\n\tExperience in a client-facing or claims advisory role within a short-term insurance call centre environment (Advantageous)<\/p>\n
