About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a Site Manager with expertise in estate management, who holds a PSIRA Grade A certification. This role focuses on overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards, and enhancing the overall management of commercial or residential estates.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily operations of the estate, ensuring all activities align with regulatory and safety standards.
\n\tConduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
\n\tManage a team of security staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of service.
\n\tCoordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.
\n\tDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, clients, and property management teams.
\n\tMonitor security systems and protocols, ensuring they are up to date and effective against potential threats.
\n\tCreate and manage site budgets, ensuring all expenditures are accounted for and within budget constraints.
\n\tReport on site performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management regularly.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tProven track record in site management or estate management roles.
\n\tValid PSIRA Grade A certification is essential.
\n\tDemonstrable experience in security operations, risk management, or related fields.
\n\tStrong understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
\n\tExceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
\n\tProficient in using management software and tools relevant to property and estate management.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA degree or diploma in property management, business administration, or a related field.
\n\tExperience in working with commercial real estate or residential estates.
\n\tAdditional industry certifications in security management or property management.
\n\tKnowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to estate management.
