\n\tEnsure testing yields an acceptable level of performance for the changes being delivered and the applications are not adversely affected.
\n\tProvide technical support for all requests escalated where relevant.
\n\tMake use of appropriate resources with the required skill level to deliver within required timeframes.
\n\tProvide an estimate of the resources and time required to deliver the required functionality.
\n\tEnsure the effective coordination, development and delivery of training on the solution to internal clients, end users and relevant stakeholders.
\n\tParticipation in creation and ownership of project plans and project management to meet project target dates and milestones.
\n\tExtract and analyse data against business rules, policy and practice. Formulate on client needs to support new\/existing product development projects to derive a clear understanding of the client\u2019s needs and requirements through provision of subject matter expertise.

You will be an ideal candidate if you: <\/p>\n
\tMinimum: Grade 12
\n\tPreferred: Tertiary qualification in IT or Certificate in Business Analysis
\n\t5 \u2013 8 years Functional and Business Analysis experience working within an IT environment.
\n\tUnderstanding of System Architecture.
\n\tExtensive understanding of process mapping.<\/p>\n
