The successful candidate’s primary function will be the processing of sales orders.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring accurate and on time delivery of stock to our customers.\u00a0
\n\tAreas of responsibility will include daily planning.\u00a0
\n\tEnsuring stock availability.\u00a0
\n\tProcessing of all sales related documentation.\u00a0
\n\tCommunication with customers and service providers as well as general office administration.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tThis position requires an Individual with Matric, a Three-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics will be an added advantage.\u00a0
\n\t1-2 years’ experience in similar position, in an FMCG manufacturing environment.\u00a0
\n\tHands on experience ERP Management System is also required.\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in MS Word and Excel. \u00a0
\n\tThe successful candidate must have exceptional communication, problem-solving and administrative skills.\u00a0
\n\tProven ability to work independently and maintain performance standards under high-pressure conditions. \u00a0
