Reporting to the HRBP, this role is the operational backbone of the People function \u2014 driving talent acquisition, enabling learning and development, and managing the full employee lifecycle with precision and care.<br \/>\n\tThis is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable wearing many hats, thrives in a dynamic environment, and brings a strong execution mindset. If you love building, doing, and making things happen this role is for you.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive end-to-end talent acquisition and build quality candidate pipelines aligned with workforce plans, DEI goals, and Lesaka&#8217;s transformation agenda.<br \/>\n\tManage full-cycle recruitment: requisition setup, job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer management.<br \/>\n\tSource high-calibre tech and business talent through direct sourcing, pipeline building, and LinkedIn search techniques.<br \/>\n\tPartner with the HRBP and Hiring Managers on structured interviews and evidence-based selection processes.<br \/>\n\tDrive employer branding and inclusive sourcing strategies aligned with Lesaka&#8217;s DEI and transformation commitments.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate pipeline tracking in the ATS (e.g., Simplify) with regular hiring metrics reporting to the HRBP.<\/p>\n<p>Learning &amp; Development<\/p>\n<p>Support learning initiatives and skills-building programmes that grow organisational capability and develop future-fit talent.<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the design and delivery of learning initiatives and training programmes across the division.<br \/>\n\tManage learning platforms and coordinate end-to-end training logistics and delivery.<br \/>\n\tTrack training participation and measure learning impact; report outcomes to the HRBP.<br \/>\n\tAdminister Skills Development initiatives including tracking, documentation, and SETA\/EE alignment.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate learnerships and internship programmes; contribute to spend tracking and vendor management.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Lifecycle &amp; HR Administration<\/p>\n<p>Administer core HR processes for a workforce of approximately +290 employees across the full employee lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>\tManage onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, employment changes, and SharePoint file maintenance.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.<br \/>\n\tSupport disciplinary processes, performance management cycles, and employee development initiatives in partnership with the HRBP.<br \/>\n\tProvide timely payroll inputs for new hires, changes, and leavers; coordinate benefits administration with Group Payroll.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance, B-BBEE &amp; Employment Equity<\/p>\n<p>Ensure adherence to South African labour legislation, employment equity targets, and company policy.<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain compliance with labour legislation, employment equity requirements, and internal HR policies.<br \/>\n\tSupport Lesaka&#8217;s B-BBEE strategy: collate audit evidence, assist with spend tracking, and coordinate with Finance.<br \/>\n\tSupport the EE process: collate data, schedule EE Committee meetings, and track alignment with targets.<\/p>\n<p>People Experience &amp; Culture<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure an excellent employee experience through efficient onboarding, consistent communication, and proactive support.<br \/>\n\tAssist with wellness, culture, and team experience initiatives that foster belonging and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Process Optimization &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the automation and digitalisation of People processes and tools.<br \/>\n\tMaintain HR documentation, templates, and SOPs in Confluence for operational consistency.<br \/>\n\tProduce accurate, timely reporting on headcount, attrition, recruitment activity, and compliance metrics.<br \/>\n\tMonitor HR process effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance speed, quality, and compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Health, Safety &amp;
